My name is Amber. I'm 32 years old. I'll be 33 years old five days before Christmas. I'm a huge fan of a lot of the DC heroes. My favorites are Batman, Superman, Nightwing, Wonder Wonder, Supergirl and Batgirl.

Welcome to the site! If there are any other characters you're particularly interested in we're more than welcome to point you in the direction of where you can find them!
Batman and Wonder Woman are playing pivotal roles in Justice League at the minute, and it's a book I'm really proud to be working on right now. As I said elsewhere, Cam is actually working on an early days take on the former in the ongoing Batman title, and I'm really pleased that we're seeing that book back on the shelf, as it were. We also have a regular 'Elseworlds' title that follows Bruce after the events of Infinite Crisis, asking what would happen if the Caped Crusader was unmasked after the events of that event? It's a long running book but has been broken up into meaty minis, so that's always a good read.
Supergirl took centre stage in the Superwoman: Of Tomorrow mini that's slowly but surely being released. It's set ten years into the future of the DC2niverse and Steve Howard is delivering some beautiful covers. Barbara Gordon is appearing in the back-ups in Justice League as Batwoman, but that serial is wrapping next month. There are more stories for her planned! If you're interested on DC2's take on the character, New Outsiders is a definite recommendation, and it's suitable for Mature Readers only, so you'll need the password to get into that title.
Anyway, thanks for coming onboard!

Thank you for the welcome. I'll read those when I have time. Right now I'm reading my Smallville Season Eleven comics.

Interestingly enough, we took a lot of the stuff Smallville did into our own continuity. Chloe Sullivan was a major player in Green Lantern for a good long time and a lot of the adventures Clark had as a teenager are based on those he had in that show.

That's cool. I have all 10 seasons of Smallville. I love Tom Welling.

I share your Smallville love. Smallville Season 11 has some really good moments in the comic. Most of the time the art in the comic lacks that Smallville look and feel, but the story makes up for the art. Erica Durance is the best Lois Lane and will always be Lois in my mind. Characters like Chloe, Tess, and Lionel Luthor are great additions to the Superman legend. They also had some really interesting takes on classic villains. Smallville just captured the basic soul of all the characters. I watch Man of Steel and Clark, Johnathan, Martha, and Lois all miss what the core of the character should be.

Quite a few times I've had Lionel Luthor plans for the DC2. I love that guy.

I'm not a huge fan of Lois Lane but when I was watching Smallville and than when they brought Lois in I liked her from the start and now she is the only Lois that I like.

I was playing around 10 years ago and made a Smallville Season 16 video. Some parts are just colored rough storyboards and I didn't really know how to use photoshop or my WACOM back then. I still enjoyed and learned from the process of making it. Smallville was the show I was able to share with my sons and will always be a favorite memory. www.youtube.com/watch?v=PceEkzYdh_U
