The dialogue was sharp, the interaction between Eddie and Ollie demonstrating that Green Arrow is your work at it's finest, and the rest of the book, with the subplots you're weaving together behind the scenes, was superb. It's an effortless read, violent but not over the top, smart and clever without being condescending. I have to say that right now, Green Arrow is my favourite ongoing on the site. But The Question is debuting in January again, so that can change easily

Ollie and Eddie should have their own sitcom.
I liked this issue. It was mostly an advancement informationwise rather than plot, but it was still a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to the exciting conclusion of this story arc (No offense).

Ollie and Eddie should have their own sitcom. I think that's a compliment. LOL! Ollie and Eddie have a unique friendship, and it's enjoyable to write. Adding humor in my stuff is reactionary for me. I hope I'm not going over board with it. None taken at all. I promise that the Kobra story will be wrapped up very soon. As for the search for Ms. Deardon... well... But I thank you for sticking with this story and commenting. -UDC[/quote]

Oooh dear. Eddie wants to kill some peoples....and his "ex" CIA training apparently didn't hold up that well where Mia is concerened. Not that I'm surprised, really.
Meanwhile, Connor is on his way....eventually.

Good stuff. Tense and exciting, some great characterizations, and Kobra is as gloriously maniacal as the Bond-esque villain he should be.
Some of the dialogue was stilted, I felt, however, but there was definitely improvement in giving each person a different voice.
How Eddie was cracked was excellent, and the entire sequence was very good, as is Green Arrow's dedication to the classic costumed hero morality. THank you for keeping that around.
I look forward to the next issue, and keep up the good work.
Take care Don

Meanwhile, Connor is on his way....eventually. I'd like to think that Eddie is even more passionate than Ollie. At least at this stage in his life. And you're right, it really isn't a huge surprise, is it. Connor is on his way... eventually. ;D

This is my first shot at writing him. also nice to hear. I am striving to make everyone as unique as possible. You keep reading, and I'll keep trying. Eddie cracking was tricky for me, but I'm glad it came off believable for you. And of course I'm going to keep GA's morality around. It's something that will be explored even more as the year goes on. I'll keep trying my best, and thanks for supporting this title. Also want to give a huge shout out to Ramon for an awesome cover.

The action was top notch this issue from the very start. If I had to compare it to something from Hollywood, it would have to be Lethal Weapon for the character interaction between Ollie & Eddie. Plus, the fight scenes pop off the page like a summer blockbuster.
I also really like how you portray Kobra as a true villain here. I can't quiet put my finger on it but he's just more human and less 'comic book villain' here. He's as dangerous as he should be with just a touch of cliche thrown in to balance it out.
Ramon's cover really 'captured' Ollie perfectly! 5 stars guys!
