It's sad, but not surprising, to see Chris not learning anything. Not because he can't, but because he doesn't want to. A lesson to learn, there.

The Polaris-Gear-Black Lightning fight was great, especially the banter.

Alva as a servant of Kobra! Now that one I didn't see coming!

Read through the mini-series, and it was entertaining. Definitely a good job developing the characters, each seemed distinct, and there seemed to be a rather good job of making them react to the events around them, rather than just having them do what needs to be done to move the story. Not sure I'm particularly fond of anyone in this mini-series :lol: but it still made for a good read. The ending was rather surprising, and I'm good with it only because you seem to really want to see a Static series continue, so that's fine.

A good effort overall, and a satisfactory conclusion to a strong effort.

A really great conclusion to this series. I ended up liking the character of Static much more then I thought I would. Honestly, I knew nothing about the character before this series.

some interesting political intrigue going on, and a nice twist at the end. Looks like somebody has set up shop in Star City.

Great job all the way around. And a great cover as well, I might add.

Initially, I was more of a fan of the writer than the characaters of this series, but I have been won over! The enthusiasm of the creative team is definately catching. They really seem to love what they're doing here. A terrific run of covers, Chief!

Looking forward to seeing more Static and Black Lightning--- especially considering the developments in Star City!

Thanks everyone for reading this series, I had a lot of fun writing it and hopefully I'll get a chance to continue with Static in the near future.

The cover is top notch as usual, bringing it full circle with the 1st issue cover. Mischief and Ramon deserve a lot of credit for the 5 covers they've produced.

And thanks to Dragon and John for handling the editing over the past 6 months, even with a few mishaps in scheduling on my part.

I hope everyone enjoyed the mini, and if all goes well I hope you're all ready for some more Static shock!

What a Static series??? I thought I was on parole now? I guess back into the basement I go. Reading this series has been a blast for me. Working with our own superstar colorist Ramon, has been an honor and...ok let me stop before we need another site just to hold Ramon's ego.

Thanks for the votes of confidence Dave. It was rather fun working with both Static and Black Lightining. I used to watch the Static cartoon when younger so yeah I loved editing it.

Also yes we must praise Ramon for his awesome work. And Dan too needs much praise for getting into the characters quite nicely. Great work guys, and oh yeah Chief you did wonderful too.
