Cool story. Nice to see a change of pace from the last issue. The whole premise of this series has me intrigued. You’ve got yourself a continuing reader here.

I'm slowly getting caught up! Even though Renee and Ivy only had a single scene in this issue, it was a great one! Loved that last little bit about a second date. That was truly some masterful use of language. Surprisingly, for a Harley-centric issue, she was amazingly well-adjusted Perhaps she realized that, as crazy as she might be, she isn't that far gone and her understanding of Mary was quite touching. Shades of things to come with The Joker? You really took something that could have been hackneyed (a crazy child actor) and really made it meaningful. Good job, Sam! On to the next. |
