Great origin story for Dagon. I always thought of him as a Brit - I seem to recall the main DC character was from London?
I liked that you linked him to Eric Forrester. Interesting approach, connecting two characters like that as well as the twist of having him hitting on Troia. It looks like Forrester will have an ulterior motive or two on the other side of this adventure with Chaos.
