I liked it. Kind of a look into the mind of Slade Wilson, plus sets up the next arc. Looking forward to what's gonna happen here.

This was an interesting issue. A nice interlude if you will with a chance to reflect past events and anticipate future ones. You tied into some recent DC2 continuity which is always a cool thing when it fits. Plus you managed to spotlight the Titans individually after their recent adventure. Donna and Kory- I always liked when the two of them spent time together. It was a brief scene but one that shows them bonding well and becoming closer. Ravan and Kid Flash- An awkward moment after what they just shared. It makes me wonder if this relationship will go the way it did in the DCU? I fear that it might but I will hold out hope. Dragon- The one the seems to feel the most out of place. For him it's hard to imagine him ever feeling like he could fit in. Vic- I have a feeling he still has a lot of anger issues to deal with concerning his Father. Should he get the chance to finally move past them I wonder if he will? Beast Boy- One of those characters who is hard to take seriously. Interesting insight concerning his ability as a 'true threat' from Slade. And speaking of... Deathstroke- One of my favs at least 1/2 the time. He is one of those characters that can be portrayed wrong so easily. And by wrong I mean when he is forced to be something in the story he isn't. It has happened way too often in recent years and i was nice to see him more of how he was originally was back when he was first introduced. Though I never understood why he was always after the Titans ever since Wolfman created him. It never made sense to me. And even worse how he was always forced to fail when he took them on. I mean lets face it, if he truly was as good as he claimed, he would kill them all and barely break sweat doing it. There isn't one single Titan that could survive one-on-one with him for too long. But with all that said I am anxious to see where this goes from here after the Titans crossover event next issue! The cover of this issue worked well here and another of Ramon's many (though unspoken at times) talents shined through with some kick ass coloring to go with the pencils. Loved it.
