Metallica reference FTW!
Good, solid story; sharp dialogue, and I think all the more better is the book for no longer having a certain character around.
Erhem.
Four stars...!

Good solid story with a nice emphasis on Electrocutioner. I really enjoyed the opening and the ending of course has me wanting more.
I'm not sure I'm as thirlled about someone leaving, but there's enough characters here to keep my attention, that's for sure!
And the cover was excellent as well. Hat's off to everyone!

Of course, "someone" is now on another team book. Which was always the plan.
Check out John's backup story, now up!

I don't know why, but this issue failed to grab me. It was written okay, but it just didn't strike the right chords in me. The background on Electrocutioner was neat, and it was nice to see a focus on a different member. The mystery going on with him was good enough to keep my interest. Adding Cavalier was an interesting new member, and it will be kind of fun to watch him in action. Malthus...not so much. He didn't make sense to me, actually. It would seem to me that the hierarchy of the Suicide Squad would look over all the superpowered inmates open to them and pick appropriately.
The backup story left me cold, I'm not quite sure why. I can't put my finger on it, but something doesn't work for me in that story.
I'm sure things will pick back up for me in the next issue though. It's been a solid run and i expect it to get back on track soon.
Take care don
