Hey, uh...I have a question.
I'm a big fan of what Geoff Johns has going on in the current Green Lantern comics, with the whole Sinestro Corps/Parallax thing.
What I am wondering is are you guys going to do anything with that? I know the Parallax entity exists in the DC2U, residing inside Kyle Rayner (Just like in the DCU! ;D), but has that given you guys any ideas?
I think the Sinestro Corps would be a wonderful addition to the DC2-verse.

I actually panicked about the punch after reading Checkmate, but I think it still works And "Anti-Sinestro", as you called him, is centre stage next issue, and you'll discover what the hell just happened!!

Great work, Charlie! A definite change in your writing style here versus your previous stories, and I like it. I'm almost afraid to see what awaits Hal on this "anti-Earth" though.
As for the back up, all I can say is "Howwwwwl! Ruff-ruff grrr woof!" That means, "Very funny! Can't wait for part two!" ;D

I too enjoyed Scott's latest installement of TotGLC! I loved Kilowog's characterisation, and I loved the little bit of background into his people. And I loved the muzzle

Hey, uh...I have a question. I think the Sinestro Corps would be a wonderful addition to the DC2-verse. Nope, not gonna do it here, simply because we did it first... kind of. That was the basis behind the Legion Virus saga... an army of yellow ring wielding villains. It was no where near as great as the Sinestro Corps War... but to do it again would be redundant and very copy-cat like.

Oh, sorry!
Loved it Charlie... not sure how it's gonna turn out... but that's most the fun, right?

This was a really great beginning to this story. I concur with Susan that this is just a tad different then what and how you normally write and I loved it. The beginning had my jaw drop, and then the funeral scene's were very touching, if not a big surprising. Finally the end that left me wanting more. All in all, 5 stars.
Then there's G'nort! Woo Hoo! Thanks Scott! That was a truly fun read that has made my day. I was grinning ear to ear almost the entire time. Great job!

Wow.
Thanks Brian.
I've been really struggling to feel Green Lantern, and to be honest, I'm still not... I can't get my head around the concept, it's just something I've not thought about before, and I'm really glad you're enjoying what we've delivered so far.
Wow.
I really wasn't expecting this.

But still, you'd say anything to keep the book regular

Charlie,
I think you can pull off most of anything if you really want to.
That's just my opinion though.

But still, you'd say anything to keep the book regular No, I wouldn't. I gave up on keeping a regular book a long time ago. I truly believe you've got the makings of a great and unique sci-fi adventure here.

Not bad. The personal stuff at the start of the issue was very well done, I thought, lots of great funereal conflict that families often suffer. The relationship with Carol was interesting, though I hope to see more ramifications with Chloe, since..well...they're out there after all.
The threat was interesting, but only so-so in the handling and the use of it. But the ending, with the antimatter wave and the appearance of anti-Sinestro was a nice sort of grabber.
Take care Don

I just got to say something, not that people would care now that this story arc isn't going to be concluded for a reeeally long time, but I've got to say something anyway.
This issue was written before the conclusion to the Justice League Annual that concluded the IXXE. I didn't know that was going to be part of the conclusion of the event, so didn't think to include a mention of it. Y'know. Because I had no idea it was happening.
I had about three, four projects I wanted to get written by last month, and so I wrote them in advance, and that really wore on me (and is part of why I have to take a leave of absence), not including real life commitments and projects outside of the DC2 had to write.
So I wasn't just ignoring that plot point, but simply put, I had no idea that there was a plot point I was to going to have to follow up on.
