And we're back after our month hiatus! I guess it wasn't much of a break. Green Lantern Corps: Brightest Day, the Ten Years Later tie-in, came out, a story I'm really happy with. It's a story that ties closely in with everything I've been doing in this book over the last year and beyond. The plan now is to move ahead with no more breaks. I'm at various stages of progress up until #68 and plotted out until #75. There's a great cache of covers coming up too. ArtTeach provided this month's beauty, showcasing the dynamic members of Ultra Element Force 5:
While Roy is onboard for the next two covers (I've seen #62's and it's brilliant while #63 promises to be devastating.
I've also seen the cover #67, another ArtTeach piece of coolness, and good ol' Dr Dread is onboard for #64-66. That's going to be an exciting time for this book, lots of larger plot points move forward in that three-parter. I'm hyped!
This month's cover was delivered brilliantly by ArtTeach, but the original plan was for Jamie to do the honours.
Due to time constraints, he was only able to deliver the following costume designs for three members of UEF5, and 'Teach went in a different, equally cool direction with the designs, given the exact same specification, but I thought both deserved to be seen by those of you kicking about the site.
